[REQ] Guestbook on every users

All the users are going to have their own guestbook, so the other users can write something in it. The look is not so important, I can change it as I want it, but if you could use the layout like you used at the forum-tutorial, there is easier to know WHAT to edit.

Admins are also having a delete function, so they can delete posts that other users have added to the guestbook
