Hey! coz anyone help me install modern bill ? i have uploaded the folder to my website but says i need zend optimizer! so i downloaded it and put on my site from dreamweaver! but it still says its not installed! :(


please can someone help i need modernbill xD

You need to install zend optimizer on the server not your site, if your on shared hosting contact your host and ask for them to install zend for you.
