So what you will need to do is....

change
Code
$timenow= time()- 3600; //minus an hour

to
Code
$hour= 3600; //seconds in an hour
$last5minutes= 300; //seconds in 5 minutes
$last2minutes= 120; //seconds in 2 minutes

$timenow= time() - $last5minutes; //people online in last 5 minutes


You can change as appropriate.
