a little stuck here

why is it nobody ever lsitens to me? i said numerous times, i dont want to use a db, if i use a db it will be way more of a hassle to log into cpanel, go to mysql, go to phpmyadmin and so on. It would make it alot easier if everytime someone registers or submits a entry, it creates their very ow flat file under a directory like user_forms , Can someone help me this way?

But this automatically inserts it. you wont have to open up phpmyAdmin every time. Only to check it.
